At Microphone-Parts.com, we want you to be fully satisfied with your DIY audio projects and component upgrades. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items in their original, unassembled condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in new, uninstalled condition with all original packaging; please note that kits that have been partially or fully soldered are generally ineligible for return.

• 2.
  Request an RMA

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct shipping address for our warehouse.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the components in their original boxes and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton to ensure faster processing.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package via a carrier of your choice with tracking enabled; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method minus any applicable restocking fees.
